Traditional dishes such as the whopping 5,500 baht braised whole African dried abalone in rich brown sauce, or peking duck, crispy roasted suckling pig, and shark’s fin soup give the menu an air of authenticity. In addition items such as pan-fried beef tenderloin with preserved osmanthus flower sauce and deep-fried pigeon Shar Tin offer diners the option for experimentation and show off the chef’s range.
